We use personal wearables to track the physiological indicators of stress and anxiety - both positive and negative states - and use these data to develop individualized strategies designed to help our clients learn more about the sources of their stress and anxiety are and a roadmap of how to manage them in real time. By using this type of technology, our clients can actually see the progress they are making both in the moment and over time. Or need specific information right away? We work with our clients to help them find the right information quickly, the first time. Often, how you ask ChatGPT is just as important as what you ask.
